Where are you located?
I am located in Moyock, NC right across the Chesapeake, VA border and photograph a lot of homecomings in the Hampton Roads area, but I am available to travel anywhere.
How far in advance should I book?
I have had clients book before their loved one deployed. The earlier the better if you are wanting me to photograph your homecoming.
What if the deployment is delayed?
As a military wife I know things happen, dates shift, times shift. I know that going in and will work with you to make it work, especially day of. I will stay till you are reunited with your loved one.
What if it rains?
Deployment returns happen rain or shine! It might be very hot, very cold, very windy, a little rainy, or a little snowy and still the photo session will go on! The weather in Hampton Roads, VA and Outer Banks, NC is unpredictable and I can not guarantee your session will happen on a perfect, sunny day. What I can guarantee is that we will make memorable and beautiful photos of your family even on rainy days, so bring an umbrella!
If the homecoming is still on, I will be there!
When will my gallery be available for viewing?
Summer months, May - September, are my busiest months. I do try to have your gallery available to you within 1 - 2 weeks, but I do send out a couple sneak peeks within 24 hours of the session.
How much are your Military Retirement / Promotion Packages?
Prices start at $400 for 2hrs of coverage.
Weather your loved one is bring promoted, re-enlisting, or getting ready to leave the military I would be honored to be there to capture those precious moments.
This package includes up to two hours of coverage, full resolution images and a full online gallery..

How many pictures will we receive?
I do not limit the number of digitals you receive. Most of my galleries, other than weddings, will receive at a minimum 50+ fully edited images.
I do offer professional prints products, but you are not obligated to purchase them when booking sessions with me.
How many clients do you book per homecoming?
One family so I can make sure to provide them with the best photos and experience possible.
Where will we take our pictures?
Full Photo Sessions are always done outside because I like it when the kids have room to play, run, and be themselves. If you do not have a pre-selected location for your session, I will offer a list of my favorite places to photograph in and around Hampton Roads, VA & The Outer Banks of NC. Each location has pros and cons and each has a different look and feel. During your pre-portrait consultation, I’ll help you decide which is the best location to tell your story.
How should I dress for the homecoming?

Honestly I recommend wearing something that you feel comfortable and confident in and that makes you feel like you!
Do you need a sponsor to get on base?
Nope! As a military wife, I have my own ID card.
How much are your military homecoming packages?
My military homecomings start at $350 .
My military homecoming photography package includes full homecoming coverage (even with delays, I will be there!), preview images delivered within 24hours of homecoming (I know how exciting it is to get those photos!), and an online gallery full of high resolution downloadable edited images.
